Overview

Wet Bar Vapes follows all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing the sale and delivery of nicotine products.

All orders are processed and shipped in accordance with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act, FDA guidelines, and applicable state laws governing Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS).

We currently ship exclusively within the United States to verified adult customers aged 21 years or older.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Standard processing time is typically 1–2 business days.

  • Orders requiring additional age verification, address verification, or compliance review may require additional processing time.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be temporarily extended.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and approved, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the selected carrier.

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier capacity, regulatory compliance checks, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Age Verification and Adult Signature

To comply with federal and state laws, Wet Bar Vapes uses age verification during checkout and may require verification again at delivery.

All shipments containing nicotine products may require:

  • Adult signature (21+) upon delivery

  • Government-issued photo identification

  • Delivery to a valid residential or business address

We do not ship nicotine products to P.O. Boxes.

If the recipient cannot complete required verification or is unavailable to receive the package, the shipment may be returned to our facility.

Shipping Restrictions

Wet Bar Vapes does not ship nicotine products to states, counties, cities, or jurisdictions where the sale or shipment of vape products is restricted or prohibited by law.

Orders submitted with shipping addresses located in restricted regions may be canceled and refunded.

Restricted jurisdictions may change at any time due to legislative or regulatory updates.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any location that presents compliance, regulatory, or carrier restrictions.

Carriers

Wet Bar Vapes ships through approved private carriers authorized to transport nicotine and vape-related products in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Carrier selection may vary based on destination and regulatory requirements.

  • Available shipping methods may change without notice.

Taxes and Compliance

Orders may be subject to:

  • State and local sales taxes

  • Excise taxes

  • Tobacco or nicotine product surcharges

  • Other legally required fees

Wet Bar Vapes maintains compliance with applicable tax collection, reporting, and registration requirements under federal and state law.

Order Tracking

After shipment, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s tracking system.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring availability for delivery when an adult signature is required.

Lost, Damaged, or Returned Packages

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photographs of the packaging and products immediately.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email supporting photos and order details to Wetusa25@gmail.com.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Failed age verification

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Refused delivery

The package may be returned to us. Additional shipping or handling fees may apply before reshipment.

International Shipping

Wet Bar Vapes does not currently offer international shipping.

Orders submitted with international shipping addresses may be canceled and refunded.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed and shipped:

  • It cannot be modified

  • It cannot be redirected

  • It cannot be canceled

Approved refunds for canceled orders will generally be returned to the original payment method within 2–3 business days, depending on your financial institution.

  • You are legally permitted to purchase nicotine products in your jurisdiction.

  • You understand that shipments may require age verification and adult signature upon delivery.

Wet Bar Vapes reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or restrict shipping operations at any time in response to changes in law, regulation, carrier policy, or business requirements.
