For health, safety, and legal compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or tampered products.
We do, however, stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
Eligible Situations for Replacement or Credit
Wet Bar USA will replace or issue store credit for products that meet the following criteria:
- Damaged in Transit – The product or packaging was visibly damaged upon arrival.
- Incorrect Item Received – The product you received does not match your order confirmation.
- Defective Product – The product does not function as intended upon first use.
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

Non-Returnable Items

- Promotional or sample items
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party resellers

Shipping Errors or Lost Packages
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, contact support@wetbarvapes.com immediately.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
Replacement shipments are issued only after verification from the carrier.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error on our part.
Wet Bar USA reserves the right to issue store credit in place of refunds for certain claims.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they ship.
Once an order has been processed and assigned a tracking number, it cannot be canceled, changed, or redirected.
Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 2–3 business days to the original payment method.

Wet Bar USA guarantees that every product sold through our website is authentic and sourced directly from our verified manufacturing partners.
If you believe you have received a counterfeit or unauthorized Wet Bar product from another retailer, please report it to support@wetbarvapes.com with proof of purchase.
