Overview

Wet Bar USA follows all federal, state, and local regulations for the sale and delivery of nicotine products.
All orders are processed and shipped in accordance with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act, FDA guidelines, and applicable state laws governing electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS).
We ship exclusively within the United States to verified adult customers aged 21 years or older.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing on the next business day.
• Standard processing time is 1–2 business days, but orders requiring age or address verification may take longer.
• During peak seasons or product launches, processing time may temporarily extend due to high demand.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and approved, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather, or compliance checks.

Age Verification and Adult Signature

To comply with federal law, Wet Bar USA uses an age verification system at checkout and again at delivery.
All packages containing nicotine products require:

• Adult signature (21+) upon delivery.
• Government-issued photo ID verification.
• Delivery to a residential or business address only — no P.O. boxes or parcel lockers.
  If the recipient fails age verification or is unavailable to sign, the shipment will be returned to our facility.

Shipping Restrictions

Wet Bar USA does not ship nicotine products to states, counties, or cities where sales or shipment of vape products are restricted or prohibited by law.
Orders placed with addresses in restricted regions will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Currently, Wet Bar USA does not ship to the following states or jurisdictions where prohibitions may apply:

• Maine
• Massachusetts
• New York
• Rhode Island
• Utah
• Vermont
  (This list may change as state laws are updated.)

We also reserve the right to refuse shipment to any area deemed high-risk or noncompliant under the PACT Act.

Carriers

Wet Bar USA ships exclusively through approved private carriers that are authorized to transport ENDS products under the PACT Act.
We do not use USPS for vape or nicotine shipments.
Carriers may vary based on location and regulatory requirements.

Taxes and Compliance

All orders are subject to applicable state and local excise taxes, sales taxes, and tobacco product surcharges as required by law.
Wet Bar USA maintains full compliance with tax collection and reporting obligations under the PACT Act and registers with state authorities where required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to appear in the carrier’s system.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information to ensure successful delivery.

Lost, Damaged, or Returned Packages

• Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, contact our customer support team within 7 business days. We will investigate with the carrier and provide resolution options.
• Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and products and email them to support@wetbarvapes.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, age verification failure, or unclaimed shipment, the package will be returned to us. A reshipment fee may apply.

International Shipping

Wet Bar USA currently does not ship nicotine products internationally.
Orders placed with international addresses will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified, redirected, or canceled.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 2–3 business days to the original payment method.

By placing an order with Wet Bar USA, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase nicotine products in your jurisdiction.
• You understand that all shipments comply with the PACT Act, including age verification and adult signature requirements.
• You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing the sale and receipt of nicotine products.

Wet Bar USA reserves the right to update, modify, or suspend shipping operations in response to changes in law, regulation, or carrier policy.
